Do I get points immediately after a purchase?
Points from purchases are credited 30 days after the order date. This is because of our return window: we want to make sure an order is finalised before we award the points. Points for other actions (e.g. Instagram follow or product review) are usual
Do my points expire?
No - your points never expire. You can collect and redeem them at your own pace, with no deadline hanging over you.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
Since purchase points are only credited after 30 days, a normal return within the return window simply means no points were ever awarded in the first place - so nothing needs to be deducted. For orders that are refunded due to a warranty or goodwill
