Since purchase points are only credited after 30 days, a normal return within the return window simply means no points were ever awarded in the first place - so nothing needs to be deducted.

For orders that are refunded due to a warranty or goodwill issue, you keep your points. That is our way of saying sorry when something does not go to plan.
