No worries - there is usually a simple explanation:
Points from purchases are only credited 30 days after the order date. If you ordered recently, this is expected.
Points for actions like an Instagram follow or a product review usually appear immediately. If they have not, try refreshing the page.
Make sure you are logged into the right account - the one you used when placing your order.
