How do I redeem my points?
You can convert your points into a discount code in your Loyalty Hub. Simply enter the code at checkout. Please note: only one discount code can be applied per order.
How much are my points worth?
The conversion is straightforward and linear:. 100 points = 5 euro discount. 200 points = 10 euro discount. How much you can redeem in one go depends on your tier:. Seedling: up to 5 euro per order. Bud & Flower: up to 10 euro per order
Can I combine points with a discount code or a sale?
Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, so you cannot stack your points code on top of another discount code. What does work: if a product already has a price reduction applied directly to it (e.g. 25% off in a sale), you can still use you
