Changed your mind? No problem - you can return your jewelry within 30 days of purchase.
Important: The jewelry must be in its original condition, without visible signs of wear. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund. Please package your order as received to protect the jewelry from scratches.

Returns or exchanges at Maitea are super easy. Just use our smart Maitea Returns Portal - enter your order number, email address, or postal code to find your order and get started.
Returns are conditionally free - here's how:
You buy jewelry for +€40, return some, and the remaining value stays at +€40 → return shipping is free.
You buy jewelry for less than €40, pay the shipping cost → return shipping is free.
You buy jewelry for +€40, return some, and the remaining value drops below €40 → return shipping is chargeable.
But staying with us pays off! We have a solution - if you choose the gift card as your refund method, you save on return shipping costs and get 10% extra value on top <3

🔄 Exchanges
Got the wrong size, color, or design? The first exchange is always free.
If you choose a higher-value product, our Maitea portal automatically calculates the difference to pay.
If you choose a lower-value product, we’ll refund you the remaining amount.
Your new piece will be shipped as soon as we have received your exchange.
Please note: For each additional exchange from the same order, a shipping fee of €3.00 applies.

Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund right away. You can choose between:
Refund to your original payment method
Refund as a Maitea gift card with a 10% bonus - no expiry date, yours to use anytime
