How do I move up to a higher tier?
Your tier is based on your total accumulated lifetime points. As soon as you hit a threshold, you are automatically and immediately moved up - nothing happens manually. Bud: from 150 points (lifetime total). Flower: from 300 points (lifetime total)
Can I lose my tier or be downgraded?
No, tiers are never downgraded. Your tier is based on all the points you have ever collected - regardless of how many you redeem. Redeemed points still count towards your tier calculation. Once a Flower, always a Flower. <3
Where can I find my current tier?
Your current points balance, tier, and available benefits are always visible in your Loyalty Hub. You can also check how many points you need to unlock the next tier.
