Lost Earring Protection - what is it and how does it work?Updated 4 days ago
As a Flower member you are entitled to a free replacement if you lose a single earring - once per year.
What is covered?
One lost single earring per 12-month period
Applies exclusively to stainless steel earrings (Stainless Steel or Stainless Steel gold-plated)
You can find the material listed on the product page under the Material section
What is not covered?
Sterling silver earrings are excluded from this protection
Damaged (not lost) earrings
How does the process work?
1. Get in touch with our team via email or DM ([email protected]).
2. We will verify your Flower status and check whether the protection has already been used in the last 12 months.
3. If everything checks out, we will send you the replacement earring.
We handle these requests within our standard response time - usually within half a business day (Mon-Fri).
What if the earring is no longer available?
In that case, we offer you a €10 discount on an alternative new pair of earrings.
Please note: your replacement protection entitlement resets each year, counted from the date you first reached Blume tier.
