Customer of the Month - how does the raffle work?Updated 4 days ago

Every month, we raffle a 30 euro voucher among eligible customers. Customers on the Bud or Flower tier can enter, provided their order within that calendar month meets the following criteria:

• At least 3 items in the order

• Order value of 40 euro or more

• Order placed within that calendar month

You do not need to sign up actively - if your order meets the criteria, you are automatically entered.

The voucher is valid for 30 days, single-use, and has no minimum order value. The winner is notified by email and featured on our channels.

If no qualifying orders are placed in a given month, no raffle takes place that month.
